Dental treatment in Portugal, planned around your trip
Alinea Premium Oral Care treats patients who live outside Portugal or who are in the country for a limited period. We are a group of five clinics — Lisbon, Cascais, Estoril, Porto and the Algarve — with multidisciplinary, multilingual teams, which allows us to arrange your assessment, your treatment plan and your follow-up appointments around the time you actually have available in Portugal.

Five clinics, from the Algarve to Porto
Our clinics are located in well-connected areas that visitors and foreign residents already know: Almancil in the Algarve; Cascais Marina; Monte Estoril; Avenida João Crisóstomo in Lisbon; and Rua de 5 de Outubro in Porto. All five clinics follow the same clinical protocols, so treatment started at one clinic can be continued at another whenever that is more convenient for you.
A multilingual clinical team
Our clinicians speak Portuguese, English, French and Spanish, among other languages. Your diagnosis, the treatment options open to you and the consent you give are therefore explained in your own language, with no interpreter in between and no room for misunderstanding about what will be done.
Digital planning before any treatment begins
We use intraoral scanning, digital radiology and 3D planning to prepare each case before clinical work starts. This digital workflow lets us assess precisely what is needed, discuss the plan with you and schedule the sessions realistically — which matters a great deal when you do not live in Portugal.
Treatments available
We provide implantology and oral rehabilitation, orthodontics and Invisalign, endodontics, oral surgery, periodontology and oral hygiene, cosmetic dentistry, veneers and whitening, paediatric dentistry and emergency care. Every plan is defined in consultation, after a clinical assessment.
Booking from abroad
Contact us by phone, on WhatsApp or through the appointment form, telling us the dates you will be in Portugal and which clinic suits you best. We will then propose an assessment appointment and organise the following sessions within your availability.
Will someone speak my language at the appointment?
Alinea’s clinical team speaks Portuguese, English, French and Spanish. When you book, tell us which language you prefer and we will arrange the appointment accordingly.
Can I start treatment at one clinic and continue at another?
Yes. The five Alinea clinics share clinical protocols and records, so follow-up can take place in Lisbon, Cascais, Estoril, Porto or the Algarve, depending on where you are.
How many appointments will I need?
That depends on the treatment and on your clinical situation. The number and spacing of appointments can only be defined after the initial assessment — which is exactly what the first appointment is for, taking into account the time you have in Portugal.
What if I have an emergency during my stay?
Our clinics provide emergency care. Contact the nearest clinic by phone or WhatsApp and describe the situation so that we can prioritise your case.

You can book through the website form or by contacting the clinic closest to you. We are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00 and on Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00.
